Matthew R. Lee is an assistant professor of Sociology and a Research Fellow with the Social Science Research Center. His research interests are macro-criminology and violence. Recent research appears in Social Forces, The Sociological Quarterly, Rural Sociology, Criminology, Deviant Behavior, and various other professional journals.
