Ms. Stubbs currently serves as an Office Associate for the Social Science Research Center. She maintains the Center’s wage payroll, processes cost transfers for copier, postage and mileage, makes reservations for Center vehicles. She processes the paperwork for all consultants and handles payment of utility bills both on campus and for the Jackson office, such as telephone, cable and gas. She also handles reimbursements for miscellaneous expenditures. In addition, she posts all direct pays and cost transfers into the internal SSRC accounting system. She has taken classes Excel, Access, Banner and has received IRB training, She also attended the MBUG Conference to learn more about the MSU Banner accounting system.
