This part of the internal media site is intended to be used as a guide for those that have projects currently in progress or soon to be completed with the Media Laboratory. Because of the dynamic nature of the staff within the Media Laboratory, there are times when we might not be available to answer your questions/ concerns in person. This portal serves as a means to hedge the gap between scientists and staff and disseminate information in a timely manner. During the next few weeks, we will begin to complile a calendar of events to which you will be able to inquire for development time if such time exists. If you have small media projects, those can be handled by dropping by the office. If you require a more in-depth project and would like to sit down and discuss the project, please use the calendar to schedule a time for us to look at your information and determine the availability of our staff to meet your needs. Should you choose to utilize our calendar system, we will assist you at the earliest possible convenience. If you are not available, we will begin to compile a draft version of your inquiry to speed the delivery process. We are available throughout the day, depending on other obligations, and even into the night.
After you schedule your inquiry, someone from the Media Laboratory will be in contact with you as soon as possible. We will try to schedule a face-to-face q&a session with you or your staff to determine your needs. We understand many of you will not be available when we are, so we will do our best to use technological means to convey our thoughts to you. Thank you.
