Postdoctoral Fellow in the Mississippi Health Policy Research Center of the Social Science Research Center at Mississippi State University, non-tenure track professional, has major responsibility for the conduct of health policy research in the Mississippi environment.  Appointments are for one year, with the possibility of an extension for a second year.

Characteristic Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Perform, direct and/or coordinate health policy research activities in compliance with the terms of the research project.
  • Prepare proposals, statistical analyses and reports as needed

Minimum Acceptable Qualifications:

  • Doctorate in health policy research or related discipline
  • Experience and knowledge of research methods and statistical analyses
  • Demonstrated research skills

  • June 30, 2003, or until suitable candidate is found..

Salary:

  • Commensurate with qualifications and expertise.
